Transitioning From a Caregiver Profile to a Member Profile
When a member no longer requires a Caregiver, the steps below must be completed to deactivate the existing Caregiver Profile and establish a new, independent profile for the member.
- Mark the Caregiver Profile status as “Done.”
- Submit a deletion request to help@wellframe.com with the subject line: Caregiver Profile Deletion.
- Include the reason the Caregiver Profile requires deletion.
- Confirm that all necessary information is on hand to invite the member to a new profile.
- The Support team will send confirmation once the Caregiver Profile has been successfully deleted.
- Upon receiving confirmation, a new member invitation may be created.
Note: Do not create a new member invitation until a deletion confirmation has been received from the Support team.
