The Resources page gives members a central place to discover and engage with care programs and educational articles directly within Member Web, no need to download the mobile app.

What Members Can Access on the Resources Page:

  • Care Programs (subtitled “Explore programs by health topic”)
    • Programs are grouped into Tracking Programs (e.g., Monitoring Blood Pressure, Monitoring Weight) and Educational Programs (e.g., Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation), sorted alphabetically within each group.
    • Members can search all care programs, view full program details, and submit enrollment requests directly from the web interface.
  • Library (subtitled “Explore articles recommended for you”)
    • Members can search educational articles, mark favorites for quick access, and view all articles beyond the initial preview.
    • Favorited articles persist and display in a dedicated Favorites section for easy retrieval.
