Introducing Member Web!
Overview
| Please Note | Member Web is not available to everyone. Please confirm with your organization that they have opted-in to use the Member Web feature. |
Wellframe is introducing a new web-based interface that allows members to access their information directly through any web browser. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and convenience, ensuring that members can engage with their care teams and manage their health from any device with internet access.
Members also do not need to create a different account. They can seamlessly switch between using mobile and desktop experiences, using the same log in information, ensuring flexibility and convenience in managing their health
When to Offer Member Web as an Alternative
Recommend Member Web when any of the following situations apply:
- Member’s device does not meet minimum app requirements (see Device Compatibility)
- Member is having difficulty installing or using the mobile app
- Member declines to use the mobile app
- Member agreed to use the app but has not completed signup after several days

What Members Can Do on Member Web
Members can access the following key features without needing the mobile app:
- Sign-Up for their account. (Note: These credentials can be used for both Member Web AND the Mobile app.)
- View and complete their daily checklist
- Complete health assessments
- Review educational content
- Communicate with their care team via secure messaging
| Note | Member Web supports core daily engagement (checklist + chat) at launch. Mobile will still be needed for step tracking and self-service features. Prioritize the mobile app whenever possible. |
