Digital Engagement

Wellframe defines digital engagement as the member taking at least one of the following actions in a given time period:

• Sends a message
• Completes checklist survey / assessment task
• Acknowledge encouragement
• Reads article on checklist
• Acknowledge med reminder
• Acknowledge gen reminder
• Selects a heath goal
• Requests a care program
• Sets up a med reminder
• Sets up a general reminder
• Accesses any article (on demand or library)
• Engaged with MRC (needs enhancement)

Does NOT include:

• Making changes to your profile
• Going to progress screen and viewing data
• Reading an instruction
• Reading a message
