Chat Tab

On the Chat Tab, Care Managers can view and respond to messages from their members. Members may ask questions about their health or medications, or respond to your questions, feedback, and guidance. Members can also initiate new messages and attach pictures and documents to send to their assigned care managers.

When you receive a new message from a member, the member will display in the “Members With New Messages segment on your Priority View. If you have enabled Notifications in your settings, you will also receive a pop-up notification from your browser.

Members cannot see when a Care Manager has viewed their message. However, staff can see when the member has read their messages from the chat window.
