What is the Member Checklist Tab?
On the Checklist Tab, you can view, each day, what members will receive on their Checklist.
The tasks that members receive on the checklist are defined by the care programs assigned to them as well as their medications and reminders. Tasks on the checklist might include (but are not limited to):
- Medication reminders and adherence tracking.
- Biometric, behavioral, and psychosocial survey questions
- Reminders about activities or tasks you or the member have set up.
- Educational articles and videos.
- Physical activity step goals.
Checklist Tab Features
The Member Checklist allows you to view the current day (or previous days) checklist items, and whether the member has completed their tasks such as; Check-ins / survey’s and survey responses, reminders, article readings, and daily step count.
You can also switch the view, so you can see tasks completed by “Type”. If you select “Type” from the “View By” drop-down list, you will see categories for each type of task.
