Staff Values Audit
Purpose:
This report identifies staff members who are missing dropdown values for manager and team in the Wellframe dashboard. It supports data integrity audits and ensures accurate staff metadata for operational reporting.

- Audit Summary:
- Breakdown of staff with complete information, missing values, or no information
- Percentages of missing manager, team, or both
- Staff Audit Table:
- Detailed list of staff with audit category, last sign-in date, and missing value flags
- Includes staff title, team, manager, and clinical designation
- Dropdown Reference Tables:
- Lists of currently active manager and team values available in the dashboard
- Useful for cross-referencing missing entries
Usage:
This report is used to maintain clean and complete staff data, identify gaps in dashboard configuration, and support follow-up actions for staff data correction.
