Member Activity – Early Engagement Report
Purpose:
This report focuses on member engagement during the first 31 days post-onboarding, including the day of onboarding (referred to as Day 0). It is designed to assess early behavior patterns and retention potential.

- Engagement Metrics (Onboarding Day/Day 0 to Day 30):
- % of members engaged 5+ days, 1–4 days, and 0 days
- % of members retained on Day 30
- Sankey diagram showing engagement and retention pathways
- Activity Profile:
- Messaging behavior (sent/received)
- Medication reminders (started, dismissed)
- Program participation and ondemand content interaction
- Access and condition-specific program enrollment on Day 14 and Day 30
- Engagement Distribution:
Usage:
This report supports evaluation of onboarding effectiveness, early engagement strategies, and identification of high-risk members for targeted interventions.
