Wellframe Reporting Concepts & Definitions
You will see this terminology across various reports. Here are the standard definitions.
| Term | Definition |
| Staff Invited Member | A member who has been added to Wellframe by staff via the “Invite Member” form on the Wellframe Dashboard. |
| Onboarded Member | A member who has downloaded the Wellframe app to their mobile device and signed up. |
| Self-Onboarded Member | A member who has downloaded the Wellframe app to their mobile device and signed up through a direct marketing campaign. |
| Staff Onboarding Conversion Rate | Reflects the percentage of members who have onboarded relative to all members who have been invited by staff. |
| Wellframe Day | Reflects a count of days since a member onboarded. For example, Wellframe day 30 is the 30th day since a member onboarded. |
| Daily Engagement | A member is considered engaged on a given day if they have completed a checklist task, sent a message, created or dismissed a reminder, requested a care program, selected a health goal, viewed an on-demand article, or viewed a member benefit. This does not include physical activity tasks. |
| Day X Retention | A member is considered retained on a given day if they have been engaged any day on or after day X. This metric reflects the % of members who were retained after day X. This metric excludes members who have not reached day X or have been marked done before day X. |
| Care Area (Bundle) | Areas of care based on the foundational care program a member is enrolled in when they onboard, as determined by their access code. For example, transitions of care programs for medical, surgical and behavioral health will be aggregated into “Transitions of Care” |
